The following opportunity has arisen in our Sandyford branch.
Customer Service Executive - Personal Lines
We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executives for our Personal Lines team in our Sandyford office. The role will consist of managing existing client relationships by servicing a renewal book of car, home and van policies. Cross sales referrals for both the Life & Pensions and Health arms of our business is expected. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, motivated and disciplined individual with a positive can do attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Achieving Renewal Income Retention targets
Generating leads through cross selling of Life & Pensions & Health products
Generating leads for the General Personal Lines & Commercial Departments
Delivering Excellent Customer Service
Maintaining the highest compliance standards
Key Qualifications & Skills required
CIP or APA Personal General Insurance
RELAY software experience desired but not essential
Proficient Microsoft office skills desired

Self-motivated with a desire to continuously perform at a high level
