We are looking for a full-time skilled and experienced customer server staff member to work Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm (no weekends) in Baldoyle.

The successful candidate will have the following experience & skills.

• Must possess experience working within a customer service role.
• Must have a friendly, bubbly personality
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Capable of working as part of a team
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
• Handle complaints or issues with a positive attitude and escalate to management when necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Have a positive and friendly attitude when engaging with guests and colleagues..
• Maintains proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards; specifically ensuring all HACCP guidelines are followed at all times.
• Assisting in keeping the restaurant clean.
• Clear dirty dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables.
• Willingness to assist the team.
• Work cohesively with other staff members, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure smooth service.
• Must have decent English.
