Customer Service & Inside Sales Support - Bc Upfitters

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our sales team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the inside sales team quoting, answering calls, invoicing and follow up
  • Some vehicle pick up and delivery
  • Parking of vehicles - lot management
  • Accounts receivable
  • Product sourcing and pricing
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Will train on the job

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or account management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Quikbooks software is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
