Original Equipment Sales at Robert Bosch Oy supplies high-class Bosch components and spare parts to Finnish mechanical engineering customers. The products have been designed for automotive industry, and our Sales team is working together with our customers to find new innovative applications for them. We are closely involved with our customers’ development projects by offering products and system knowledge as well as technical support and training.
Job Description
Your contribution to something big
- Overall responsibility for the deliveries to a designated customer: monitoring and processing orders, contacting our manufacturing plants concerning deliveries, keeping the customer informed and solving any potential challenges proactively with the help of data analytics.
- Understanding the customer’s needs, and acting as an advocate for the customer in our organization
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and reliable deliveries
- Securing and verification of the customer order forecasts, communication to our manufacturing plants
- Coordinate process optimization projects with customer cooperation, e.g. support central function at Celonis implementation for order to Cash process on SAP ERP system, automatization of order to cash process, order entry automatization with EDI and Teccom interfaces
- Process expert for order to cash related process - sales supportive function for supply chain alignment and IT-integration w/ customers
- Internal and external reporting
Qualifications
What distinguishes you
- Above all a willingness to take the overall responsibility for the deliveries to the customer: a happy customer is your key performance indicator
- Courage and capabilities to collaborate efficiently in a large international organization
- Customer oriented way of working with an eye for detail
- Understanding of global logistics processes that you have gained e.g. through B.Sc. studies, and preferably also previous knowledge of SAP
- Good communication skills in Finnish and in English, German would be beneficial when co-operating with our manufacturing plants in Central Europe
- Pro-active communication and customer focus
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation and with external contacts
- Able and willing to negotiate internally and with external customers.
- System skills including SAP APO/ERP, Microsoft Office, PowerBi - programming experience is an advantage.
