As a Customer Service, Logistics & Planning (CSLP) Digital & Technology Specialist (Fixed-Term, 6 Months), you’ll transform complex data into powerful insights, designing automated Power BI dashboards and reports that drive smarter decision-making. Partnering with subject matter experts, you’ll gather requirements, ensure data integrity, and build robust SQL data models to support reporting needs. Working closely with the Digital & Technology team, you’ll deliver sustainable, high-impact analytics that shape the future of CSLP.
Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with key users and subject matter experts to gather requirements, gain a deep understanding of business processes, and identify data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy by cleansing and verifying its integrity, conducting ad-hoc analyses, and presenting insights in a clear and meaningful way.
- Work closely with the Digital & Technology team to develop and deliver sustainable reports and analytics solutions.
- Adapt analytical approaches to address specific business questions effectively.
- Utilise SQL to build data models and views, providing a reliable foundation for reports and dashboards.
Your background and experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a data-focused role with expertise in Power BI & SQL
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills to work across technical, business, and management teams
- Exposure to SAP ECC is a plus
