As a Customer Service Manager, you have an important task: Your day is successful when all orders are shipped on time. You actively work on optimization and structural adjustments. It's a responsible job with plenty of variety and challenges in an experienced team.

Your duties as a Customer Service Manager

Supporting Customer Service Representatives as needed;
Prepare and lead meetings with the Client;
Make sure all the reports and analyzes are presented and shared with your stakeholders;
Cross-training the team;
Acting as a sounding board and sparring partner;
Handling HR-related tasks and conducting performance and job interviews;
Improving current processes together with the team;
Contributing to projects within the site.

Your workplace

Our High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m2. You will manage a team of 7 Customer Service Representatives. It's a mixed team where a pleasant work atmosphere takes precedence. You report to the Business Process Manager.

Terms of Employment

A fitting salary in CAO scale 10 between € 3.500,- and € 4.300,- gross per month;
32 to 40 hours per week;
Flexible day shift between 7:00 and 17:00;
8% vacation pay;
25 vacation days per year;
Solid secondary employment conditions, such as: Cao à la carte; a personal benefit budget to be used for self-chosen purposes (e.g., an extra 6 vacation days or a monthly gross payout);

What do you bring as a Customer Service Supervisor?

Leadership experience in Logistics;
At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative;
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus;
Customer-oriented, resilient to stress, and communicatively skilled;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
