CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER Cubis Systems

Our Customer Service team is the heartbeat of our business. They're busy, they're driven, and they need a manager who can match their energy and take them to the next level.

The Role:
You'll be running a fast-paced customer service operation where no two days are the same. Your team handles everything from quotes to complex technical queries across our national network, and they need someone who can see what's working, spot what's not, and make it better.

This isn't a hand-holding role. We need someone who can hit the ground running, make decisions, and drive results without waiting to be told what to do.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading and coaching a busy customer service team to deliver exceptional results across different sites, states, and customer needs
  • Spotting processes that slow us down and fixing them before they become problems
  • Training your team to be the best in the business
  • Managing the chaos of a high-volume environment and making it look easy
  • Building a culture where people want to come to work and do great things
  • Being the go-to person when customers need solutions, not excuses

About You:
  • Customer service management experience (manufacturing/construction industry a bonus)
  • Track record of improving processes and getting results
  • Natural ability to train, coach, and develop people
  • Self-starter who thrives working with minimal direction
  • Great communicator who can handle anything from technical queries to difficult conversations
  • Someone who sees problems as opportunities to shine
