Responsibilities:

• Following up and monitoring notes on the INTL and INTER screens

• Handling problems and making decisions for shipments that are off track

• Authorized to spend up to $1000 in company funds to put a shipment back on track, anything over that amount should be deferred to a supervisor or manager

• Delegating work to other customer service representatives on the floor

• Providing feedback to the supervisors and managers regarding the performance of other reps on the floor

• Signing off for overtime on time sheets

• Managing necessary overtime (i.e. asking other reps to stay for overtime)

• Answering emails sent to ops-nyc@worldcourier.com distribution

• Assisting in training and developing new staff members

• Monitoring and managing the intlcs@worldcourier.com shared inbox

International Customer Service Manager/Supervisor

• Proficiency in World Courier systems (WorldSTAR, BioSTAR, OpSTAR, OptiView, etc)
