Summary:

MBL Food & Packaging are seeking a Customer Service Officer for our retail location in Canning Vale, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Your primary focus will be to assist customers with their inquiries, stock rotation, provide product information, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

This position is essential for maintaining our reputation for excellent service and achieving sales targets within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide accurate information
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately

• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organised

• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales targets
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service roles
• Quick learning and adaptability
• Previous experience with Tele-sales an advantage
• Previous experience in sales and retail environments
• Sales skills and strategies
• Creative problem-solving

Permanent Part-Time position, working hours Monday – Friday, 5 hours per day, flexible start and finish times between 8:30am – 4:30pm, plus working alternate Saturday morning’s from 7:45am – 12pm (2 per month) paid at overtime rates.
