Job Description:
La figura selezionata, insieme ai colleghi dell’ufficio Customer Service, si occuperà di:
- gestire i carichi merci in arrivo inserendo gli ordini a sistema
- gestire il servizio di stoccaggio e allestimento ordini in base alle richieste dei clienti
- gestire le richieste dei clienti, seguendo l’attività di post vendita ed eventuali contestazioni (anche recandosi in magazzino per relazionarsi con il personale operativo)
- utilizzare il gestionale interno per tenere traccia delle attività svolte
Requisiti:
- diploma di scuola superiore;
- preferibile esperienza nel settore Trasporti o in attività impiegatizie di magazzino;
- conoscenza base della lingua inglese (B2);
- buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici;
- abilità comunicative, di relazione interpersonale e di lavoro in team
