About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. In this front-line role, you’ll handle customer inquiries via phone and email, provide accurate product information, and help ensure our clients have an exceptional experience every time.

For the right person, this role may grow into a Product Specialist position with expanded responsibilities and opportunities to advance.

Who We Are

We’re a locally owned, web-based company specializing in golf simulators, launch monitors, and related components — offering the largest selection in North America since 2007. Our Edmonton showroom is open to the public by appointment only.

Please note: This is an on-site position for candidates living in the Edmonton area. Remote work is not available.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
  • Provide accurate product information and basic troubleshooting support
  • Create quotes, sales orders, and process payments in NetSuite (ERP system)
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and communicate them to management
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Proficient with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience with NetSuite, Golf, or Golf Simulators is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Renumeration: Competitive hourly rate

Additional Pay: Overtime pay
