What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers: listen to inquiries and concerns, and respond with accuracy and care.
- Offer product and service information that enhances the customer experience and supports the brand.
- Keep detailed customer‑interaction records in our digital system.
- Partner with your teammates to refine our service delivery and elevate client satisfaction.
- Spot and act on opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell — always in a way that serves the customer.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring positive outcomes and preserving trust.
- Stay up to date on our products, services and policies to provide top‑notch support.
Experience & Skills
- Previous client‑support or customer‑service experience is preferred, especially in a customer‑facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus.
- Ability to connect with customers: patient, empathetic, confident.
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is an advantage — we value the ability to drive results through exceptional service.
