We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work directly under a Senior Broker and support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Broker in managing client files, policy renewals, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, policy updates, and record management.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to process applications, endorsements, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support the brokerage team in day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (required).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office and general admin tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Previous experience in an insurance or administrative role is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Pay: $35,330.62-$36,839.59 per year
