We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work directly under a Senior Broker and support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Broker in managing client files, policy renewals, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, policy updates, and record management.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to process applications, endorsements, and claims.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Support the brokerage team in day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (required).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office and general admin tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience in an insurance or administrative role is an asset but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
