The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Wave 360, you will be the frontline for our clients and brand ambassadors. You’ll:
* Serve as the go-to customer support for our sales team, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Be proactive: anticipate needs, identify opportunities to elevate our service, and act fast.
* Engage with both internal teams and external partners to keep our operations tight and responsive.
* Embrace and drive our metrics-based culture: you’ll be tracking KPIs, competing (in the best sense) to be the leader, setting the pace for the team.
* Contribute to a high-energy environment — we believe Mondays are the best day of the week, fun is built-in, and competition is healthy.

* **Position**: Full-time Customer Service Representative
* **Location**: McLean, VA (on-site)
* **Start Date**: As soon as possible
