Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Utilize effective professional etiquette to handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience and meet company goals.
• Accurately perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
• Operate OLG terminal and POS
• Other duties as assigned

Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in a gas station as a customer service role is required.
• Strong etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Experience with data entry systems is beneficial.

Job timing varies between 6 AM - 11 PM. Candidate must have a reliavle means of transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour
