Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills, and have experience in call center environments. Multilingual abilities, including bilingual proficiency in English and other languages, are highly valued. Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Provide outstanding customer support and client services via phone, email, or chat channels
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, billing issues, and service requests
  • Perform data entry accurately into company systems while maintaining attention to detail
  • Manage cash handling transactions when necessary with integrity and accuracy
  • Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure resolution of issues and enhance customer experience
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and analysis purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, call center roles, or client support preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities (English plus another language) are highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and analysis skills required
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when needed
  • Outbound calling experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to customer service are advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $23.75-$39.93 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
