Who We Are Looking For:
At Decor Cabinets, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a structured environment, values accuracy and genuinely cares about creating great experiences for our dealers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in doing things right the first time.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our dealer partners by understanding their needs and supporting their success.
- Communicate primarily by phone and email to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information on quotes, ship dates, and product details.
- Handle all interactions with clarity, honesty, and respect—strengthening trust with every conversation.
- Accurately process orders, quotes, and customer requests, ensuring all details are complete and precise.
- Apply strong math and problem-solving skills to support customers and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Visualize the final product based on written information or customer descriptions to ensure expectations are aligned and met.
- Use Microsoft Office and internal systems effectively, while quickly learning new tools to support efficient workflows.
