Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via in-person, online & phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize effective customer service etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while actively upselling when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
- Analyze customer feedback and concerns to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
- Keeping a clean and organized store environment
- Learning new products and industry trends to keep up with knowledge to service customer needs
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong written and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with data entry processes and software applications.
- Ability to demonstrate effective sales techniques and upselling strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations quickly and accurately.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Must be willing to cross-train and work at multiple store locations
- Must be 19 years of age or older
