We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services through effective communication and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and be comfortable with data entry tasks while demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the cash register.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and services.
- Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries.
- Restock shelves, displays, and coolers to ensure full availability.
- Rotate products to maintain freshness and follow FIFO (first in, first out) standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock audits.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including customer spaces and storage areas.
Requirements
- Previous retail, customer service, or stocking experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, and standing for long periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
