Customer Service Representative Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound communication with speed, clarity, and professionalism
- Provide accurate updates on orders, custom production timelines, and shipping
- Handle returns and repairs end-to-end, including issuing and tracking shipping labels
- Identify and qualify client opportunities, routing leads to the sales team
- Maintain accurate internal records using our CRM
- Coordinate across departments:
- Sales
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information with a positive attitude
- Identify recurring issues or delays and report them directly to management
- Support office management activities by maintaining organization of supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a professional environment
- Communicate internally with clarity and purpose
- Remain composed and professional under pressure
- Sales Support
Customer Service Representative Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Composed, solution-oriented mindset under pressure
- Strong awareness of client experience and business impact
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Previous office experience in customer support is helpful in this position
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in fast-paced environments
