We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join us in our office. We are located in Bowmanville. Our office hours are:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 9am-1pm.
This position is for part-time hours, shifts typically are either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm Monday-Friday, and a Saturday shift approximately once every two weeks. If you are available, there often is the opportunity to cover more shifts to increase your hours.
You will be greeting customers in person and processing their transactions, answering all inquiries, preparing documents legibly, updating databases, and collecting proper fees & balancing your cash drawer.
Job Requirements
You have excellent communication skills, and are able to remain calm and professional in all situations, as well as keyboard skills. You must be able to provide an acceptable Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) upon being hired and be able to work in a team environment.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.65 per hour
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)
