Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions professionally over calls
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve customer queries
• Negotiate payment plans while maintaining customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service, collections, or voice process preferred
• Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Shift Details

• 8-hour work shift
• Rotational shifts/week offs as applicable
