Owasco RV Centre is looking for an: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self Motivated Rental Associate to join our team! This is an opportunity to work for an exceptional company and enjoy the benefits of competitive pay and a great work environment.

Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week

Must be available: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation
• Quoting RV Rentals
• Booking RV Rentals via telephone, email, and in-person
• Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations to meet booking targets
• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction
• Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent and helpful
• Accurately complete Rental Agreements
• Schedule, process, and inspect each RV for delivery and return
• Daily cash and credit card transactions - when needed
• Completing orientations of RVs to clients during check out
• Support our guests while they are on their trip
• Help with community events

Qualifications:

• College or University education an asset
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
• Previous sales experience considered an asset but not required
• The employer will provide all training and resources
• German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

Pay: CA$20.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Incentive ($200 to $300)
