Duties

• Interact face-to-face with customers to provide exceptional service
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services
• Build strong relationships and create positive customer experiences
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Support sales efforts by closing deals and meeting targets
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)
• Reliable, coachable, and goal-oriented

Experience

• Prior experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic computer literacy is essential
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse customer needs effectively
• Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant can be advantageous
• Demonstrated organizational skills with proficiency in typing, data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
• Office experience involving customer support or administrative responsibilities will help ensure success in this role
