Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling day-to-day calls and emails, resolving queries, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls and promptly responding to customer emails

- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively

- Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Printing customer labels for dispatch

- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

- Excellent time management skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English

Pay: €15.63 per hour
