About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client communications and resolve customer queries for our Australian clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a clear and professional Australian accent, and proven experience dealing directly with Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer communications through phone calls, emails, and live chats.
• Respond to customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation, and communication logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on pending customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain professional relationships with Australian clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate degree; candidates with a Computer Science background will be preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience handling Australian clients or working with Australian companies.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Clear and professional communication with an Australian accent.
• Proven experience in direct customer handling through calls, emails, and chats.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer queries in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per month
