Customer Service Representative

Here at Mpire Promotions we are looking for customer service representatives that are charismatic, eager, confident, and all about helping out in the community. We are searching for people who are willing to be the voice of our Non-Profit clients by hosting different face to face marketing events on their behalf. Going directly into different communities to acquire the sales and donors on behalf of the charities and non profit clients we work with.

This role is ONSITE ONLY and FULL TIME (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm) based in Garden City (500 Old Country Rd. Garden City NY 11530)

Key Responsibilities

• Daily community engagement, host outside face to face fundraising events
• Hosting an outside events on behalf of the charities we represent
• Establish and create positive relationships with customers and donors
• Aquire donors on behalf of our non-profit partners for on-going support
• (NOT A BUSINESS TO BUSINESS OR DOOR TO DOOR ROLE)

Pay Structure

• Quality bonuses every six months
• Weekend Pay
• Paid training
• Average weekly pay can be $600-$1,000
• Base plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Paid EVERY Friday
• Reimbursement for gas mileage
