Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

- Check in and check out our furry guests for dog Daycare , Hotel or Grooming
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Follow-ups
-Reservations

- Retail Sales & Upselling
-Cold calling
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, inventory

- Assit with Social media outreach and community projects
- Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
- Maintain a tidy reception area

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service or receptionist role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

-Works well in a fast paced environement
- Proficiency for basic accounting tasks
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Previous experience in a Veterinary or Daycare a plus
- Ability to proofread documents in French and English for accuracy
- Familiarity with Google Suite for email and calendar management
- Excellent customer support skills to handle inquiries effectively

Pay: $17.00-$20.95 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
