Direct Fairways, a leading golf course marketing company in Tempe, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. If you're passionate about problem-solving, excel in fast-paced environments, and have a knack for handling challenging situations with ease, we want to hear from you!.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

They will mainly be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, jobseekers, etc. and transfers them to the appropriate department.
Handle incoming and outbound calls related to client accounts. Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method within company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience handling difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.
