What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll:

• Engage with customers: Meet with potential clients in person to promote, sell, and educate them about wireless service plans that fit their needs if qualified.
• Enroll customers in services: Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand the benefits of their chosen plans and upsell services as needed.
• Provide tailored solutions: Use your problem-solving skills to address customer questions and concerns, delivering personalized and professional service every time.
• Achieve sales goals: Leverage your communication and relationship-building skills to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team: Share ideas and strategies with your team to continuously improve and grow together.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
