Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for processing customer orders carefully, accurately, and promptly. This role is also key in managing dealer relationships by responding to inquiries, handling replacements and add-ons, and delivering exceptional support throughout the customer experience.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create and process orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring confirmations are sent to dealers without delay.
  • Ensure all cabinet worksheets are completed and returned before forwarding confirmed orders to Engineering.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and direct communication.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all phone calls and emails from dealers.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, using proper grammar and concise language.
  • Assist dealers with order status updates and general inquiries.
  • Manage replacement parts and add-ons as needed.
  • Identify and escalate potential order issues to management and suggest viable solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of deadlines and daily responsibilities.
  • Effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Uphold a client-first attitude and support dealers through each stage of the process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with standard business practices.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, client-focused mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
