Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Domino's Pizza Delhi. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their orders are handled efficiently and with a friendly attitude. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Take customer orders accurately over the phone and in person.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders.
- Upsell additional products and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks related to order processing and customer information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is an asset.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and sales techniques is beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.20-$17.75 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
