We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service both in person and over the phone, while managing paperwork, estimates, invoices, and coordinating repair processes. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and hands-on experience with Mitchell Repair Center and Mitchell Connect estimating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups regarding repair status and service needs.
• Prepare and manage all required paperwork, including estimates, work orders, and invoices.
• Create and update repair estimates using Mitchell Repair Center and Mitchell Connect systems.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts suppliers, and insurance representatives to ensure timely repairs and accurate documentation.
• Maintain organized records of customer files, estimates, and completed work.
• Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s commitment to quality service and satisfaction.
• Assist with parts ordering, tracking, and verification as needed.
• Support general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive repair or collision industry.
• Proficiency in Mitchell Repair Center and Mitchell Connect estimating software (required).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic understanding of repair processes, parts handling, and insurance procedures is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
