What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting, assisting them in finding the right solutions that meet their needs
• Assist customers with account setup and service registration, ensuring a positive enrollment process every step of the way
• Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions to ensure follow-ups and track overall progress
• Collaborate with other entry-level Customer Service Representative team members to improve customer service, sales, and leadership skills
• Resolve customers' questions or issues efficiently and maintain high-quality service
• Participate in training sessions with other entry-level Customer Service Representatives to build product knowledge, customer service, and communication skills.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals set for the entry-level Customer Service Representatives

What We’re Looking For in an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a changing environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation to and from the local office
