The Purpose of the Role:
Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? At Pure Telecom, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to be the voice of our brand—providing expert support and building strong relationships with our customers.
In this role, you’ll act as both a trusted representative and a dedicated advocate, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Your goal will be to understand customer needs, resolve queries promptly, and create a positive experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Pure Telecom Residential Customers via phone, email, and written correspondence in a fast-paced Contact Centre.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, providing clear and timely updates to customers.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all administrative tasks and outbound call requirements are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, always prioritising their needs in every interaction.
- Achieve performance targets, including call handling times and quality assurance standards.
- Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks and other duties as required to enhance the overall customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven customer service experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience working in a call centre or contact centre is desirable but not essential.
- Strong teamwork skills with experience in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage but not required.
Personal Requirements:
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the Republic of Ireland without restrictions.
- Flexibility to work shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday, as well as occasional Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs, including flexible working hours/days.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €27,592.00 per year
