Job Overview
Are you fluent in Haitian Creole and French? We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and generate reports.
- Uphold company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or client services; call center experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate various software applications.
- Strong analysis skills to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to type accurately while engaging in conversations with customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
