The Role:

As a Customer Service Representative with Kao's Salon division in Norway, you'll respond to of all local customer contact with Kao about multiple brands, such as Goldwell, KMS, Oribe and Varis. You'll ensure that every contact is dealt with in a professional and timely manner in line with our Kao values. In this important role, you'll help us learn through monitoring customer contacts and reporting on trends you see. You'll collaborate with Sales teams on queries, and be able to offer strong product knowledge across our brilliant salon ranges to answer enquiries knowledgably and leave customers with the feeling that they have experienced a premium customer service.

This is a permanent, full-time job to be based in our Oslo office with an option to work remotely. Fluency in Norwegian is essential with a desire to speak another Nordic language.

What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for order handling in SAP, including order processing & billing
  • Answer customer enquiries by email, letter and phone, offering a premium beauty service, whilst also promoting the Kao web shop
  • Act as the point of contact for Kao sales representatives and internal stakeholders, providing information about orders, deliveries, stock levels and promotions
  • Collaborate with relevant teams on master data-related topics such as customer information, invoices, orders and rebates
  • Working together with our external logistics partner to ensure orders are processed correctly to meet customer requirements, can be tracked, and service level agreements are followed
  • Manage our electronic invoicing and customer database, updating information in cooperation with the sales team
  • Support on different projects related to sales & customer service
  • Proof Reading for translations

What you'll bring:

  • High School Diploma or Business School 2 years' diploma
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in Customer Service in e-commerce or retail
  • Knowledge of the haircare industry, including technical knowledge of colorants, treatments, and haircare products, would be beneficial
  • Prior experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook as well as sales tools and systems: SAP, Power BI and SalesForce
  • Business-level language skills in Swedish, Norwegian and English
