Description:
About the role

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and consumers, handling enquiries with professionalism, purpose, and a genuine commitment to getting things right the first time.


Respond to inbound calls promptly while maintaining the highest standards of customer care


Support and collaborate with our Field Representatives to keep operations running seamlessly


Take customer orders and upsell where appropriate


Track orders and deliveries to keep customers informed


Investigate and follow through on customer claims and complaints via phone and email


Log all case details accurately in Salesforce


Provide reception coverage when required


Learn and stay up to date with internal systems and processes


Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Full time in office role based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

You are a natural problem‑solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. We’re looking for a confident, team‑minded Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping people, staying organised, and keeping things moving smoothly.

Customer service and/or call centre experience
Confident phone manner
Ability to collect, analyse and organise information, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PC literate with solid typing skills
Salesforce and JDE experience advantageous
Team player
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
