We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary 2–3 month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently manage enquiries across multiple channels. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by supporting customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with order queries, product information, and general support requests
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience at every interaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update support tickets within internal systems
  • Work closely with the wider team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • A proactive attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in ecommerce is a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar customer service / ecommerce platforms is an advantage

Role Details

  • Contract: Temporary (2–3 months)
  • Location: Office-based
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
