Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Assistant with digital marketing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, strong customer service experience, and knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Basic knowledge of smartphones and electronics is an asset, and training will be provided for cellphone repair fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store, over the phone, and through social media platforms
• Assist customers with product inquiries, sales, pricing, and service information
• Create and manage customer service tickets and sales records
• Handle payments, invoices, receipts, and customer follow-ups
• Support daily sales operations and promote products and services
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to track sales, inventory, and customer information
• Coordinate with technicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Learn basic cellphone repair skills to better assist customers

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and electronics is an advantage
• Willingness to learn new technical skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required
