As a Customer Service Sales Specialist, you will drive and grow our service business across Finland. This is a highly visible, customer‑facing role combining technical credibility with commercial ownership.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, biomedical departments, and our sales and service teams to develop long‑term service partnerships across Imaging, IGT and Ultrasound solutions.
Your role:
Lead the Service sales cycles end‑to‑end, collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver compelling value propositions, whilst securing renewals and win‑backs
Acts as a partner with customers (incl. clinical- and biomedical- departments) translating business and clinical needs into differentiated, value‑based, service solutions.
Participate in and conduct customer service review meetings
Embeds commercial excellence through a data‑led approach, using market insights, with CRM excellence and performance analytics, to support qualitative decision making and with this cater for growth and high contract penetration.
Collaborate closely with Sales (Key Account Managers and Account Managers), Business Managers and Service Delivery Management with focus on Imaging, IGT and Ultrasound. The role also includes collaboration on Monitoring
You’re the right fit if you have:
A strong sales mindset, with 3-5 years of experience in sales or service sales
Technical background or previous exposure from a medical equipment or hospital environment
Proven ability to be customer‑facing, proactive, and relationship‑driven, enjoying on‑site customer interaction and ownership of customer discussions
Experience or clear capability to own and grow the customer service business, balancing technical understanding with commercial responsibility in a hybrid role
The ability to work independently across a territory, including willingness to travel as required, combined with strong communication skills and fluency in English and Finnish (verbal and written)

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
