Amatrol is looking for an experienced customer service specialist with strong critical thinking skills, excel experience, and excellent attention to detail. In this position you’ll be working with a wide range of departments and providing support for our educational customers. Unlike a call center, you will work through each customer case from start to completion and creating customer quotes.

What will you be doing?

· Answering phone calls and emails to assist our customers with questions or issues with our products or services.

· Building relationships with our repeat customers, as you will be the first contact when they have questions.

· Investigating and solving problems to ensure any issues get resolved.

· Logging customer concerns, actions to resolve, and feedback at completion.

· Creating customer quotes.

· Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook Calendar, etc.

· Two-year degree a plus.
