Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support across various communication channels. This role involves engaging with diverse clientele, demonstrating products, and assisting with sales processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Must be Smart Serve Certified

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions
• Conduct product demos and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and opportunities
• Manage transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Assist customers with merchandise selection, merchandising displays, and store organization
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and sales reporting
• Provide product information related to retail items
• Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions
• Utilize time management and organizational skills to handle multiple customer requests efficiently
• Help setting up and serving for special events on the property

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Time management capabilities
• Ability to lift 20lbs or more
• Ability to perform basic math
• Prior experience with product demos or is advantageous but not mandatory
