Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative / Appointment setter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our moving services. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service:

Answering customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.

Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.

Scheduling and confirming moving appointments with customers.

Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.

Clerical Tasks:

Data entry and record-keeping related to customer bookings and shipments..

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in email communication and letter writing.

Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.

Previous experience in a customer service or appointment setting is a plus.
