Seeking a Customer Service / Call Center Specialist with basic accounting knowledge, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. Must have strong analytical skills, a commitment to excellence, high standards, and be organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Should be able to learn quickly, work independently, multitask, and deliver accurate results.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer calls and resolve customer inquiries
Record issues and resolutions
Maintain reliability and strong attendance history
Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve department goals and meet service level objectives
Escalate urgent customer concerns promptly
Mortgage loan or banking experience preferred
Experience / Training:
Minimum of 6 months in a call center, financial services, or similar specialist role
Skills & Abilities:
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem assessment skills with appropriate urgency
Effective communication skills to share feedback, trends, and recommendations with peers and management
