Job Description
Cold Shot is looking for a Dispatcher/ Customer Service at its Edmonton location. Please find below the list of requirements and scope of work.

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Requirements

- Must have a clean criminal record

- Good at writing and responding to emails

- Excellent Communication skills

- Must have knowledge with EXCEL

-Excellent Customer Service

Scope of Work

- Answering phone calls

- Assisting customers accordingly

- Creating Orders for Pick up and Deliveries

- Completing orders daily, weekly

- Be in contact with drivers, operations, and agencies daily

- Creating reports on Excel

- Providing effective customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• dispatching: 1 year (required)
