Customer Service/Inside Sales

Looking for hard working and dependable person, for a customer service position with locally owned equipment rental company.

Responsibilities include:

• Inside Sales
• Assist customers at the front counter
• Answer phones
• Write up contracts
• Provide excellent customer service
• Discuss rental options with customers(close the sale)
• Log all phone calls
• Load and tie down equipment

Candidate needs to be a team player that takes pride in providing the best customer service experience possible.

Preferred experience:

• Customer service
• Computer skills
• Answering phones
• People Person
• Heavy and light duty equipment knowledge
• Ability to multitask
• Clean driving record(cross training with other positions)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
