The Opportunity

This is a front-line, varied role that sits at the heart of our operation. You'll be the face of BNR for our trade customers the first point of contact for our trade customers greeting visitors at the counter and showrooms — handling B2B customer support, liaising with BNR customers and the Sales team, by phone, and by email — while working closely with our warehouse team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do

› Be the first point of contact for our trade customers — greeting visitors at the counter and showroom, handling phone and email enquiries from our customers and the BNR Sales team with professionalism and a positive attitude

› Build strong customer relationships and develop your product knowledge to deliver first-class support

› Process customer orders, quotes, and requests accurately, efficiently, and on time

› Work closely with BNR's external sales representatives to ensure a seamless experience for every customer

› Support the warehouse team in a hands-on way as part of day-to-day operations

› Ensure all queries and follow-up actions are completed to a high standard — nothing falls through the cracks

› Contribute to a positive, energetic team environment where everyone pulls together

What We're Looking For

We're not looking for the perfect CV — we're looking for the right person. If you have most of the following, we want to hear from you:

› Experience in a customer service, trade counter, sales, or warehouse role

› A friendly, confident manner — you're comfortable with customers face to face and on the phone

› Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment

› Reliable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative and ownership of tasks

› Comfortable with computers and administration systems (experience with order management systems and Excel is a bonus)

› Familiarity with Engineering, Agri, Motor Factors, Hardware, or Wholesale sectors is an advantage — but not essential

Training will be provided where skill sets need to be developed — we invest in our people.
