What You Can Expect :
- Provide quotes/estimates for various projects working with commercial team
- Compile end of month charges for client billing
- Client meetings when required
- Management of day to day service and expectations of all stakeholders
- Liaise with client on orders going out
- Log client orders and manage orders up to order becoming a shipment
- Receive and manage any stakeholder complaints/service queries
- Problem solve when required / Exception Management
- Ensure Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) are performed by operations.
- Proactively informs all stakeholders on shipment status and exceptions
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer service experience
- Liaise and escalate to management to highlight cases where their involvement is required
- Assist pick, pack and despatching of orders where required
- Enter Pre-inwards into Logistics for Inwards to book goods into store
- Receipt Outturn report and send to client
- Follow up inwards goods to ensure goods are booked into stock in a timely manner
- Ensure warehouse team have clear instructions and have quality control measures in place
- Liaising with external 3PL agents or representatives regarding shipping process related matters
- Provide assistance to Warehouse Operations team where requested.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of Warehousing experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge and understanding of current legislation/regulations and best practice in area(s) of responsibility
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage and remain calm during periods of demanding workloads
- An analytical and problem-solving approach, with sound judgement
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in an open and approachable manner.
- Computer literate with strong understanding of required operational systems.
