From Airbus to Boeing, our mission is to keep the world flying — and we’re looking for quick-thinking, phone-driven sales professionals who can keep pace.

We are currently hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative in Saint Johns, FL. Candidates with prior call center, inside sales, AOG, or fast-paced customer response experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Aviation experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume emails and RFQs from customers in a time-sensitive environment
• Provide rapid response quoting, part availability checks, and order status updates
• Convert inbound inquiries into closed sales through persistent follow-up
• Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
• Process customer orders end-to-end and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and inventory teams
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed individual response-time, activity, and sales performance goals
• Uphold DSC’s culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a call center, inside sales, customer service, or high-volume phone-based role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing tasks
• Aviation parts, logistics, or supply-chain experience is a strong plus
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with PartsBase, ILS, Quantum, or similar platforms is a bonus
• Comfortable learning technical product information quickly

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday schedule (No weekends)
• Full Time 8 Hour Shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
